I love dogs. I know many people can relate to that statement. They are adorable creatures who express lots of affection and loyalty. Honestly we don’t deserve them. I have always wanted a dog, but sadly they are expensive and require a lot of care so my parents never got one. On top of that my mom is afraid of dogs, but I have been bitten by a dog and I am not scared of them so I don’t accept her fear. Lately I have been trying to convince my parents that getting a dog would be good for them because it would fill the hole in their hearts after I left for college, but all I receive from them are eye rolls or scoffs. my music discovery

It’s been a long time since my sister has been out of the house. Although it was so long ago, I still remember how hard the first couple of weeks were, it took a long while to adapt to her absence. Before she left, we had discussed what our main means of communication would be, because we wanted to keep in touch as much as possible. We decided that it would be easy to email each other (this was before the teens with Iphones era). Most of our email chains consisted of asking how we were and what was going on in our lives, but very often, they would be about music. All my life before she had left my music had come through my sister. I am sure this has to do with my young age, but the influence of older siblings is definitely a large factor. Lee's obsession with making a mark on history

As Libra has started to come to a close, looking back on the journey of Lee Harvey Oswald has been intriguing. We have seen him since his beginnings as a young child to his end as a so called murderer. As a child, we see Lee as a “different child” who is different compared to his peers. At a young age, we see subtle hints of him wanting to be remembered, but it is not until he gets older that we see him try hardest. Out of all the things Lee does perhaps the most significant is the keeping of his diary. Throughout his military career and beyond, Lee writes in his diary to document his experiences. In one instance, for example, he talks about his encounter of telling a young woman he wants to apply for Soviet citizenship. In another, he describes slashing his wrist, attempting suicide. Though these accounts seem personal, as he continues to write we start to see otherwise. Lee writes about the occurrences in his life as if other people will be reading his diary. He writes in a way
